MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
Our service maintenance agreement is flexible and takes into account our client’s unique and different needs in order to accommodate and meet all our client’s quality standards and requirements.

Maintenance service agreement package is offered to our clients based on the following parameters.

  • Coverage hours
  • Applications and solutions coverage
  • Spare parts coverage, and
  • Other additional services such as post-implementation consultancy services.
