Sales Manager
Requirements:
| • | Degree in Marketing or equivalent. |
| • | Possess at least 5 years experience in managerial position in sales, preferable in the two-way radio industry. |
| • | Work with Marketing Department to execute effective business strategies. |
| • | Exposure to ISO standard will be an added advantage |
Responsibilities:
| • | To manage and lead the Direct Sales Department in achieving the monthly and departmental quota. |
| • | Oversees the daily sales operation |
| • | Optimize customer retention and new client development |
Technical Sales Executive
Requirements:
| • | Technical degree or diploma holders preferred. However, candidates with a proven track record in technical sales will also be considered. |
| • | Sales experience in telecommunication products is an added advantage. |
| • | Good communication and presentation skills with good command of English is required. |
| • | Exposure to ISO standard will be an added advantage |
Responsibilities:
| • | Responsible to promote and market a wide range of telecommunication equipment. |
Project Engineer
Requirements:
| • | Degree / Diploma in the related technical field. |
| • | At least 1 year working experience in project management. |
| • | Posses a valid driving license and willing to travel. |
| • | Good command in spoken and written English. |
| • | Able to interact with all departments in ensuring smooth project delivery and ability to work independently with minimum supervision. |
| • | Exposure to ISO standard will be an added advantage |
Responsibilities:
| • | Manage and monitor project status. |
| • | Liaising with sales personnel and customers on project requirement and implementation schedule. |
| • | Ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and successful project delivery according to the company’s commitment and customers’ requirements. |
| • | Preparing and deliver handover and commissioning document timely. |
| • | Following-up and monitoring of invoicing and progressive claims status in line with project status. |
| • | Ensuring delivery and commissioning of project within allocated budget. |
Sales Executive
Requirements:
| • | Candidate must possess a Degree in Business Studies/ Sales & Marketing or any other related discipline. |
| • | Preferably with minimum 2 years experience in Sales & Marketing. |
| • | Able to work independently with minimal supervision. |
| • | Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese dialects is an added advantage. |
| • | Pleasant personality, initiative, dynamic and result oriented. |
| • | Exposure to ISO standard will be an added advantage |
Responsibilities:
| • | Responsible for the company commercial sales and marketing matters. |
| • | Responsible for identifying business opportunities and increase customers network in order to secure sales and able to meet the specific target set by the Company. |
System Engineer
Requirements:
| • | Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or Radio Communication. |
| • | Diploma holders with at least five years of experience may also apply. |
| • | Good communication and presentation skills with good command of English is required. |
| • | Exposure to ISO standard will be an added advantage |
Responsibilities:
| • | Familiar in administering TCP/IP LAN and experience in networking equipment such as routers, switches and multiplexes. |
Purchasing Executive
Requirements:

| • | Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management |
| • | At least 2 years working experience in similar capacity |
| • | Exposure to ISO standard will be an added advantage |
Responsibilities:

| • | Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia |
| • | Able to handle oversea suppliers, import and export and custom clearance in telecomunication business |
| • | Able to work independently and excel under pressure |
| • | Adequate computer literacy with Microsoft Office Application |
| • | Handling of Whole purchasing fuctions which include negotiation, purchases and follow up process |
| • | Work closely with forwarding agent to ensure smooth and prompt shipment and custom clearance |
Operations Manager
Requirements:
• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Telecommunication or any other related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar capacity
• Well versed in ISO standards and has experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Have initiative, good analytical skill, dedication and is self-motivated
• Able to work independently and also a team player
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess own transport and must be willing to travel outstation when required e.g. to the branch office
Responsibilities:
• Reports to the Managing Director / Group General Manager
• Evaluate, implement and successfully manage the departmental flow improvements, to include capabilities for growth
• Review, develop and oversee the implementation and administration of department and Company ISO quality policies and procedures
• Ensures the Company’s operation/ process comply with the local, state, and government policies and regulatory requirements e.g. customs, Sirim e-import permit, import and export tax, MITI, company registration etc.
• Develop and oversee the implementation and administration of the Company’s e-procurement and e-costing systems and processes
• Facilitate in the Company’s participation in e-bidding exercise
• Assist in general sales support, branch operation matters, materials & purchasing functions
• Determines optimum staffing model for departments
• Facilitate in areas of research, ad-hoc assignment/ project and other duties as and when arise
